Eligibility Guidelines

To ensure we can assist you smoothly, please make sure:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Shipping & Handling

1). Local Delivery (Qatar): The delivery charge for orders within Qatar is QAR 50/-

**NEON is not liable for the QAR 50 delivery fee; this amount is charged by the local delivery partner responsible for delivering your order and is separate from our operations**

2). International Shipping: (DHL Express)

The shipping fee for orders outside the country is QAR 150.

Shipping fees for exchanges or modifications are the customer’s responsibility. If there was a mistake on our end — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, we will cover any shipping costs involved.

3). Please be aware that for international shipments - any customs duties, taxes, or extra charges imposed by the destination country must be covered by the recipient. These fees are determined by customs authorities and are not within our control. To avoid surprises, we suggest consulting your local customs office for details before ordering.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as each order is specially prepared. In rare cases, and at our discretion, exceptions may be made.
